3. Make customized charting
I will send you a binder along with your customized charting in dividers and organized.
4. Send Refills
I will send you refills of the Charting Biweekly to trade out and put in your binder.
5. Enjoy
Enjoy knowing everything is nice, neat, and easy to communicate!!

Most families don't realize how much easier a charting system can make their lives! Rather than writing a paragraph in a notebook searching for the last BM or when a medication was last given, I can have everything together and easy to find.
I offer a wide range of charting and if I don't have it, I'll make it! I have everything from different weekly exercises to customized cleaning list to incident reports and of course BM/Urine output.
Now it's so easy to go to the doctor's office. Just take the binder and it has all the daily health information you need!!!
