My Beginning
Well to kick things off let me tell you a little about me....My name is Cle'Shea (Wink wink hence the name of my company lol). I also go by CJ to help make it a little easier. I'm from Dallas Texas and I've been in Colorado for 3 years now. My healthcare industry started about five or six years ago and I fell IN LOVE. My career started off taking care of intellectually challenged adults where I had the time of my life. I loved all of the smiles and giggles they brought to me and vice versa. After that I started working in assisted living facilities where the fun continued. I love working with elderly, putting a smile on their face, hearing their life stories and seeing those old time photographs!

I open my arms and heart to elderly with any memory loss or intellectual challenges, terminal illness and semi ambulant or bedridden.
My Services
Time
This Plan would be for In home and/or In a facility.This service includes reminders for medication and of course hanging out with your loved one. I'll assist with their daily routines while also having a good time.
TLC (Time, Love & Care)
This Plan Includes:
•Helping with Hygiene and dressing
•Toileting
•Mobility Assistance
•Activities (outings, arts, and crafts, etc.)
•Exercising
•Administering, Ordering and/or picking up Medication
•Weekly Medication Organizing
•Scheduling and/or take your loved one to their appointments
•Charting
•Your loved one’s laundry and household needs
•Meal Prepping
•Grocery shopping and errands
Just A little Info...
- For your peace of mind, I have a form for each visit keeping you in the know of all that has transpired that day. I hope with all my heart that no accidental injuries/falls happen. However, if an accident were to happen, I'll also have a form to explain exactly what, when, where, and how it happened.
- I have all kinds of charting available so we can keep track of you or your loved one's health. (Sleep, Input/output, Exercise, Medication Chart)
- Your loved one will be able to easily call for help using a Call Button System that I will bring with me to every visit.
- Sometimes a loved one will get frustrated and need a moment; we all do! I am here to soothe them as much as possible and put a smile back on their face! Unfortunately, I cannot attend to anyone with constant aggressive behavior.
- Please message me so we can find the right plan for you or your loved one. I would love to have a video meeting or meet in person to set up a care plan! My hourly rate depends on the care plan and varies from $30 to $45 per hour.
